Delivery & returns
We currently accept Mastercard, Solo, UK Maestro, Visa, Visa Debit and Visa Electron for secure online payments.
We cannot fulfill international or worldwide orders. We only accept orders from UK customers.
All orders received by us are shipped subject to availability.
We will endeavour to dispatch all online orders placed within five working days (Mon - Fri) depending on stock levels and products. We reserve the right to ship products at a later date (up to 28 days after purchase) where the product ordered is not in stock at the time of purchase.
For products that can't be bought on our website, such as baths, depending on stock levels and specification, lead time will be approximately 4-6 weeks.
Sensory Bound will not be responsible for any customs or import charges incurred.
Currently our delivery charges are as follows:
- Small Items - UK Royal Mail First Class - £2.95
- General Items - UK Royal Mail First Class - £5.00
- Large Items - UK Courier Service - £18.00
- Extra Large Items - UK Courier Service - £50.00
This policy relates to items bought directly through our website. For all other items, please refer to our terms and conditions.
All items will be checked prior to despatch. In the unlikely event that your item is lost in transit or arrives damaged/faulty, a full refund will be issued once the item has been returned to us.
Under the Consumer Protection (Distance Selling) Regulations 2000 you have a right to cancel your purchase. However, to exercise this right you must notify us in writing, (email or letter) within 10 working days from the day after you receive your goods.
As stated above notification of cancellation must be in writing, a telephone call is not a valid cancellation.
If you do wish to return your item;
- Please package the item in its original packing including any accessories, manuals, and warranties.
- Include your order number and full delivery details
- You are responsible for paying any postage or shipping costs incurred when returning the product.
- Return to the Sensory Bound head office address stated below.
We recommend that all returns be sent by registered post, so that a record of the return is available for you.
We will not issue refunds for any items lost or stolen in transit to us.
Subject to the above, we will refund the purchase price of a returned product within thirty days of receiving written notification of your intention to return the product.
Cancel an order
You may cancel your order by giving us notice of cancellation as soon as possible after order (the sooner the better as we dispatch orders very quickly). Such notice may be given by contacting us by phone or email.
On cancellation, you must return the goods to us at your cost if they have already been dispatched, this should be in line with our returns policy.
